I am skilled at helping managers build trust, grow their influence and increase their impact. I focus on leading with integrity and on the results they produce.
I take the responsibility of being a coach as an honor and privilege. And I have something the other leadership coaches don’t have:
- 30+ years’ experience coaching executive teams, senior and mid-level managers. A career in Organizational Development and corporate Human Resources, where I had the privilege to work with leaders in diverse organizations: large and small, decentralized, global, corporate and privately held companies.
- As a manager myself, I have experience implementing strategy, managing to budgets and deadlines, deploying limited resources and reviewing and developing employees in fast-paced, ever changing organizations. Like you, I have managed through enormous evolution in business, including heightened service expectations, technological disruption and demographic changes. Through these experiences I have observed that even outstanding leaders invariably struggle through stretches when they feel stuck or get off track.
- Formal education and training that uniquely qualifies me as a leadership coach. I have a BA in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA from the University of Michigan. I am certified to teach a number of leadership, performance, communication, accountability and change management programs and workshops. I am currently completing my ICF (International Coach Federation) certification. I’d love to meet you.
